Guiding Verse

We are guided by the following passage:

1 Peter 4:10-11

10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

This passage of scripture informs our mindset and actions in the following ways:

“As each has received a gift”- Every member of the Berean community is invited to be connected and serve as they desire.

“...use it to serve one another”- PTF’s explicit purpose is to serve God’s purposes in the BCHS community.

“...as stewards of God’s varied grace.”- We want to be stewards of the gifts, time, opportunities and resources that God has given us.

“...whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ.” - Ultimately, we serve the school by God’s strength and for his Glory!
