Kaei Kamiya
I coach/teach young athletes to help them use their God given talents and abilities to grow within their sport, learn valuable life skills and lessons through their sport, and ultimately glorify God on and off the field.
Kaei Kamiya has been a part of the Men’s Berean Soccer program since 2012. From 2012-2016 Kaei played on the Varsity team as a student and was an All-League defender his senior year. An unforeseen injury brought him into the coaching world where he would be an assistant coach at Berean from 2016-2021 and coaching various club teams from 2017-2021 for Heritage SC, East Bay Diablos Futsal, and Diablo Valley Wolves. With a Co-head coaching job in 2022, he would eventually take over the program in 2023.
His vision for this program is to provide an all-inclusive environment with high participation to learn and build upon the fundamentals of soccer. While learning the beautiful game, Kaei directs his athletes to look at how soccer can help them in real life scenarios and what they can do to grow as young godly men.
