PHYSICAL SCIENCE

Berean Christian High School's Science Department seeks to

• Disciple students toward a Biblical worldview in the different scientific disciplines in such a way that there leaves no doubt that there is no conflict between the Bible and Science. In addition, students should be taught apologetics in the form of intelligent design and creation science to not only strengthen their faith but to enable them to give answers to those who ask the reason for their faith. 

• Train students to understand how scientific investigations are conducted to reach conclusions and be practiced in the scientific method. Scientific inquiry and critical thinking are emphasized so students become problem solvers and thinkers. 

• Prepare students for the rigors of STEM courses taken in college. The curriculum is organized and presented in a way that lays the foundation for later courses that will be required of them in college.
